Beat that!

I finished an adventure run last Sunday. It was a combination of road runs, river crossing, trekking, and mountain climbing. I only trained over a week for it that included 10k bikes, badminton, basketball and trekking. Also ,I did carbo loading & sports drink hydration, had zero caffeine the day before. Although I had a huge sleep dept, I still managed to finish above the bottom half way above my expectation of just finishing.

I was also at Sepang last Saturday for the 12 hour endurance race. Check the photo above.

To cap the weekend , Ferrari had a one two, and MU finally won their 1st fr the season.

Beat that!

Mclaren are Cheaters !

I think Flavio was right, Mclaren are cheating from the data they have from Ferrari.
This is based on the short and commanding improvements they have gained despite using Bridgestone for only a few months.

Check the table below and compare.
BMW despite improving have not won a race, Renault took a dive, Honda is sinking.

Mclaren have not only improved but won a couple of races and some 1-2's.
That is enough evidence, you can not improve overnight.

They have data from Ferrari, that is enough to punish then.

Its like I stole your watch but I'm not using it so why punish me ?
